Business Staffing opened
its doors in 1997, as a local placement agency and has
grown to a national full service direct hire and temporary
placement service company. In 2005, Business Staffing
was acquired by Monarch Human Resources Inc. Our level
of commitment has continued to grow assuring customer
service is paramount. Business Staffing abides by the
highest standards and practices of business ethics within
our industry. As one of Monmouth and Ocean County's
most experienced full service placement agencies, we
encourage meeting with our clients to tour their facilities
in order to help us provide the most qualified candidates
available. As we have grown, we have committed ourselves
to provide each client with personal service, confidentiality,
and the most ethical, professional attention.

Direct Hire
Can your operation afford
the time and personnel needed to review and evaluate all
potential candidates that will reply to your ads? Let
us sift through all the paperwork and eliminate the unqualified
responses.
After we narrow down the candidates we will then qualify
them within your specifications and present them to you
for interviews. Once a search assignment has been concluded
and you hire a candidate presented by Business Staffing,
an agreed placement fee will apply.
We offer the following 60-day pro-rated guarantee, providing
the fee is paid according to terms.
Should the new employee leave or be dismissed, within
60 days of the start date, we will provide a replacement,
or refund 1/60th of the placement fee for every day short
of the guarantee period.
Full payment is due and payable within 10 days of the
employee’s start date.

Through an aggressive
search of the marketplace, we aim to recruit the best
qualified candidates that meet our client's specifications.
We realize that your operation has a unique culture
and as responsible recruiters we will tailor our services
to your specifications. We understand that your mission
is to attract and hire the best talented employees for
your operation. Our search process contains 5 essential
components needed for successful placement.
1. Identification. Assessing the position and the company
requirements.
2. Research. Initial candidate screening and employment
verification. Criminal background checks, credit checks
and drug screening, if necessary.
3. Assessment. In-house interviews, verifying qualifications.
4. Evaluation. In-house testing for Microsoft Office
applications. Our experienced recruiters will provide
and analyze all results and match the proper candidate
to your open positions.
5. Presentation. All candidates will be briefed regarding
your operation and position requirements. Our recruiters
will council all candidates prior to interviews.
